非阻隔式AC/DC和DC/DC改换器也归于开关电源，一般称之为开关稳压器。
AC/DC电源由输入电磁抗干扰滤波器、输入整流/滤波电路、功率改换电路、PWM操控器电路、输出整流/滤波电路和输出电压反应电路构成。其间输入整流/滤波电路、功率改换电路、输出整流/滤波电路和PWM操控器电路是首要电路，别的为辅佐电路。有些开关电源中还有防雷击电路、过温维护电路、输入过压/欠压维护电路、输出过压维护电路、输出过流维护电路、输出短路维护电路等别的辅佐电路。
1、主电路
冲击电流限幅：约束接通电源刹那间输入侧的冲击电流。
输入滤波器：其作用是过滤电网存在的杂涉及阻止本机产生的杂波反应回电网。
整流与滤波：将电网沟通电源直接整流为较平滑的直流电。
逆变：将整流后的直流电变为高频沟通电，这是高频开关电源的核心有些。
输出整流与滤波：依据负载需求，供给安稳牢靠的直流电源。
2、检测电路
供给维护电路中正在运转中各种参数和各种外表数据。
3、辅佐电源
完成电源的软件（远程）发动，为维护电路和操控电路（PWM等芯片）作业供电。
DC/DC开关电源的构成相对AC/DC开关电源电路要简略一点。电源由输入滤波器电路、功率改换电路、PWM操控器电路、输出整流/滤波电路和输出电压反应电路构成。当然，有些DC/DC船型开关电源也会包括别的辅佐电路。
4、操控电路
一方面从输出端取样，与设定值进行对比，然后去操控逆变器，电源开关插座，改动其脉宽或脉频，使输出安稳，另一方面，依据测验电路供给的数据，经维护电路辨别，供给操控电路对电源进行各种维护措施。
